Waitlist Automation
Smart waitlist system that automatically notifies attendees when spots become available.
- Auto-notify: When someone cancels, waitlisted attendees are instantly emailed
- Offer expiry: Claimed offers expire after 24 hours if not used
- Multi-spot support: If 3 spots open, 3 waitlist offers go out
- Race condition protection: Only first to claim gets the spot
- Manual notify option: Admins can trigger notifications anytime
- Improved email styling with branded headers
- Toast notifications replace browser alerts for better UX
