What's the difference between Event Pass and Pro?

Event Pass is a one-time purchase that adds 1 extra event slot — yours forever, no subscription needed. Pro is a subscription that gives you 5 event slots plus premium features like watermark removal, embed widgets, and detailed analytics. Choose Event Pass for occasional use, or Pro if you run multiple events regularly.

Can I buy multiple Event Passes?

Yes! Each Event Pass adds one extra event slot to your account. Buy as many as you need — each slot is permanent and never expires.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No! The Free plan is completely free forever with no credit card required. You only need to enter payment details when upgrading to Pro or purchasing an Event Pass.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments via Revolut. After completing your payment, your account is upgraded instantly. Contact us if you need an invoice or alternative payment method.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is yours. All your events remain accessible and you can export everything at any time. We'll never hold your data hostage.

Can my team use Flow Grid too?

Yes! Event Pass includes 1 team member, Pro includes collaboration for up to 3 members, and Enterprise offers unlimited team members with advanced role-based permissions.
