Why is Flow Grid free right now?

Flow Grid started as a tool built for a real festival and grew from there. It's run as an independent project with lean hosting and no investors, so monetisation is switched off and the tool runs on donations from organisers who find it useful.

Is there a catch? Will features be locked later?

No catch. Everything in the table above is included, and events you publish stay live. If monetisation ever comes back, existing organisers and events keep what they have today.

What do the crossed-out prices mean?

They're what these plans used to cost (and roughly what comparable tools charge). We show them so you know what you're getting — not because you'll be charged. Nothing on this page asks for payment details.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. There is nothing to pay for — just sign up with your email and start building.

Can my team use Flow Grid too?

Yes! Team collaboration is unlocked for everyone — invite up to 10 team members per festival with role-based permissions (admin, editor, viewer).

What happens to my data?

Your data is yours. All your events remain accessible and you can export everything at any time. We'll never hold your data hostage.

How can I support the project?
