What does Early Access include?
During Early Access, you get Pro features for up to 5 events completely free. This includes team collaboration, watermark removal, embed widgets, detailed analytics, and everything else Pro offers. No credit card required.
Why is it free?
We're building Flow Grid with the community. Early Access users help shape the product with their feedback. In return, your first 5 events are on us — and you get Founding Member status.
What happens after my 5 free events?
When you need more events, you can purchase additional Event Passes (€69 each, or €39 with a Pro subscription). Your existing events and data stay yours regardless of what you decide.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No! Early Access is completely free with no credit card required. Just sign up and start creating your event schedules immediately.
What's the difference between Event Pass and Pro?
Event Pass is a one-time purchase for a single event with basic features including 1 team member. Pro includes premium features like watermark removal, embed widgets, detailed analytics with export, up to 3 team members, and discounted Event Passes (€39 instead of €69).
What happens to my data if I don't continue?
Your data is yours. All your events remain accessible and you can export everything anytime. We'll never hold your data hostage.
How many events can I create?
During Early Access, you can have up to 5 published events with full Pro features. Need more? Purchase additional Event Passes or contact us about Enterprise options.
Can my team use Flow Grid too?
Yes! Event Pass includes 1 team member, Pro includes team collaboration for up to 3 members, and Enterprise plans offer unlimited team members with advanced role-based permissions.
